Job description for the position of IT Executive.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required, preferred a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certifications.

• The ideal candidate should have at least 3-4 years of work experience as an IT Executive Engineer, with expertise in desktop and laptop peripherals support, especially in laptop troubleshooting and assembling.

• The candidate should possess advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, and peripherals, including network printer, parts replacements, as well as the ability to conduct remote desktop troubleshooting to end-users while maintaining documentation tickets.

• Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, Antivirus, and Mailing System (Lotus Notes) is essential, as well as the ability to solve complex hardware and software issues and remote connection systems.

• The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to travel and work after hours when necessary, and the ability to perform duties at remote locations in Mumbai areas if required.

• In addition, they should respond to user inquiries on the spot and have good written and verbal communication skills.
