Your Footprint as a Business Development Solutions Director Will Be…
… to support and add value to the Teleperformance sales and Business Development teams in developing credible, market-leading solutions within the digital integrated services portfolio to meet the needs of prospective and existing clients while maintaining commercial viability in winning work with profitable, sustainable clients.
In this role, you will work closely with the Sales, Technology, Operations, and T.A.P (Technology Analytics Process) teams to develop the right solution to meet the client’s business drivers and objectives. Responsible for proactively leading and developing qualified complex customer management and business process solution bids and tenders for prospects and clients. A client-facing role working as part of the Business Development team to support the Business Development Directors/ VPs in proactive and reactive engagements through the sales cycle.

… manage and interface with critical senior client executives and all other relevant stakeholders at all levels, to develop solutions consistent with business needs.
… develop, run, and manage client/prospect workshops to build collaborative solutions.
… create client roadmaps to keep our clients’ business at the forefront of disruptive digital technology and other market influences.
