IT R2R Senior Engineer
Job Description
As a IT R2R Senior Engineer you will,
Work with the Product Management, Business, IT & Customer teams to effectively support and maintain the IT Service Assurance applications.
Ability to adapt to a multi-technology environment, to diagnose issues & their root cause.
Basics of networking and associated terminologies (Devices, OEM, Protocols etc)
Awareness of the ITIL processes and adopt the best practices to drive the Operations.
Monitor and control the KPI’s and SLA’s for the Business Operations.
Improve the team’s productivity by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing them.
Maintaining knowledge base of known issues and solutions.
Tracking of licenses & renewals.
Candidate should have
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree required in IT, Engineering or related discipline with post-graduate degree preferred ( Business / Engineering)
Capability to interpret business ideas/requirements, develop, test and deploy solutions using agile/scrum and DevOps methodologies
Proven work experience in as a computer software engineer or software developer with application mastery of Software Engineering tools, process and techniques.
5-9 years’ experience in consulting or technical lead/team SME in the Telecom Service Assurance Domain covering,

Domain Skills- Knowledge of Telecom domain, OSS/BSS layers – specifically Service Delivery and Service Assurance processes in a Telco. ITIL – Incident, Change, Problem, Release, Knowledge and Configuration Management
Effective communication and facilitation with key business stakeholders to capture and represent immediate business requirements to long term strategic objectives
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
Familiar with DevOps tools application and automation – Jira, Jenkins, Bamboo, Confluence, Kubernetes, Ansible
