Profile: IT Business Development Manager
Experience: 3 – 5 Years
Qualification: MBA degree and 3+ years of sales experience focused on growing existing business or new business
Package: upto 15lpa
Location: Mumbai Mira Rd (Work from office)
Responsibilities:
-Setup sales and marketing process
-He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
-Continuous review and active management of websites and other online assets.
-Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
-Determine business development Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
-Look after revenue growth, revenue per client, profit margin, client retention rate, and customer satisfaction.
-Use existing or hire new resources and build a sales, and marketing team
Proficient in B2B sales and marketing platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.,
-Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
-Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, -potential, and financials, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities, and recommending equity investments.
-Email Marketing, Social media marketing, Lead generation on B2B platforms, Navigator, and Project Coordination.
-Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Good understanding of Software QA & Testing,
-Good understanding of STLC, SDLC, QA Methodologies & models for coordinating with potential/existing clients.
-Technical understanding of the software development industry that enables them to easily interact with software developers (especially web and mobile).
Bring new business,
-Research and identify new market opportunities.
-Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
-Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients.
-Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
-Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Skills Required:
-Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
-Excellent leadership and communication skills.
-Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
-Experience in project management and/or sales.
-Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
-High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making.
-Resourceful with outstanding research skills.
