Job Description
Ensure that all Telephony, Contact Centers, Meeting Rooms , Messaging services are delivered to the business with the right service levels.
Establish team processes/procedures
Maintaining knowledge required to perform role effectively
Advise on staffing of Telephony, Contact Centers , Messaging related projects with internal and external subject matter experts as part of global and regional teams.
Ensure that all Telecom, Telephony, Contact Centers, Meeting Rooms , Messaging area investments are managed through their full economic life cycle to optimize its value.
Implement continuous performance measurement within the Telephony, Contact Centers, Meeting Rooms , Messaging to identify, prioritize, initiate and manage services.
Coordinates with and enable the IT services operational and support teams to perform pre-defined standard adds, moves, and changes.
Maintain overall Telephony, Contact Centers, Meeting Rooms & Messaging to support the organization’s business strategy.
Long Description
Maintain complete documentation of the global Telephony, Contact Centers, Meeting Rooms , Messaging components including H/W& S/W, support contracts, equipment EOL etc.
Manage the contracts, relationships and performance of the global carrier(s)
Capacity planning
Making sure of having a single view of global Telephony, Contact Centers, Meeting Rooms , & Messaging area
Coordinate with global carrier & service provider members for setting up clear process to handle trouble tickets, payments, complains etc.
Manage all risks associated with the testing and take preventative action when any risks become unacceptable
Qualifications
University degree in IT or related field
Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT infrastructure Telephony, Contact Centers, Meeting Rooms systems.
7+ years’ experience in a team leadership role while acting as a liaison with customers.
Ability to prioritize workload while managing customer commitments.
5 years management experience in IT programs/projects.
Avaya, Polycom, Crestron certifications.- An advantage
Expert knowledge in the implementation and operation of Telephony, Contact Centers, Meeting Rooms.
Expert knowledge in the implementation and operation of Unified Communications technologies and/or supporting platforms including Video Conferencing.
