Tgsane Technologies Looking for Desktop Support Engineer at Jaipur, Rajasthan Full Time

MUST HAVE WINDOWS AND MAC KNOWLEDGE.

The Desktop Support Technician will assist in maintaining Windows and MacBook workstations, provide support to end users remotly on a variety of issues. Identify, research, and resolve technical problems. Respond to email and personal requests for technical support. Document, track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution. Install software, printers, telephones, etc. Troubleshoot problematic PC issues and other duties as assigned. Will assist with offsite projects and systems installation and IT infra-structure build-out.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
