Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our staffing
team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our relationships with key clients across India. Your primary focus will be to drive customer satisfaction, ensure client retention, and maximize revenue generation from existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the IT staffing industry.·
Understand their business objectives, staffing requirements, and strategic goals. Act as the
main point of contact for all account-related activities.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with the sales team to·
expand the scope of services offered to clients. Conduct regular business reviews with
clients to understand their evolving needs and provide innovative solutions.
Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets for the assigned accounts. Identify upsell and·
cross-sell opportunities to maximize account profitability. Develop account-specific
strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth.
Stay updated with market trends, industry news, and competitive landscape. Analyze market·
data and identify potential risks or opportunities. Leverage market insights to drive account
strategies and position our staffing services effectively.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track account performance, revenue growth, and·
customer satisfaction metrics. Provide accurate forecasts and business projections for
assigned accounts. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve targets.
Foster strong internal collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, recruitment,·
operations, and finance. Ensure seamless coordination to deliver on client commitments and
resolve any operational issues.
Requirements:
7-10 years of relevant experience·
Bachelor·’s degree or MBA preferred.
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the IT staffing industry, handling large·
accounts across multiple locations.
In-depth knowledge of the staffing industry, including temporary staffing, permanent·
placements, contract staffing, and recruitment processes.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at various organizational levels.·
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.·
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.·
Flexibility to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.·
