Required Experience and Qualifications
1. 1 to 2 years of experience (IT requirements) in sourcing active and passive candidates at a fast-paced corporate environment or recruiting agency
2. Should have of experience in working on IT requirements.
3. Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple
deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail
4. Hands-on with top Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) in the market
5. Strong technical skills (MS Office, Internet research, social media, etc.)
6. Excellent communication skills including the ability to prepare concise and error–free reports for US business executives
7. Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and work ethic
8. Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple
9. Deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail
Responsibilities:
1. Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates and advising
managers.
2. Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting
with managers to discuss needs.
3. Builds applicant flow by using multiple sources like LinkedIn, Job Portals, Google Search,
Directories, etc.
4. Manage daily sourcing targets.
6. Source, engage and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels
7. Demonstrate expert level of understanding of talent needs by participating in meetings, being
aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of
responsibility as well as managing expectations
8. Take ownership of the sourcer roles within the Diversity & Inclusion Accountability Matrix;
understand diversity goals and where we have opportunities to support efforts in sourcing.
9. Provide meaningful market data in support of client and recruiting needs
10. Utilize the complete functionality of the applicant tracking system and maintain data integrity
and controls
11.Maintain daily and weekly client reports
