As part of the Colleague Technology & Support, Asset & Configuration Team’s mission is to provide accountability for asset, services, and their cost while reducing the security risk.

The IT Process Analyst – Procurement will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the IT Procurement asset management tasks.
The position will work closely within the Asset Management team, suppliers, customers, and other supporting team members to enable the procurement of hardware assets, software assets, and any other relevant IT related procurement activity.
Process IT hardware, software and IT project related procurement requests through Service Catalog from sourcing selection to purchase order production
Verify accuracy of data presented in requests to ensure validity of request, requested items and invoicing decisions
Assist with the creation of service catalog items including research into part numbers, item descriptions and publication of items
Data reporting for all purchases to present key data for historical and forecasted spend on IT related requests
Investigate and work with Finance/Accounts Payable teams to resolve invoicing disputes for purchases derived from our team
Assist with documentation of procurement processes as well as colleague training on those processes.
Support the HAM & SAM tasks by performing relevant hardware asset management activities and duties when required
Perform data analysis on metrics (SLAs), and drive process improvements
Required Skills & Experience:
3 years of relevant experience in Procurement, IT Asset Management or related field
Experience with procurement processing and procurement systems
Experience with development of workflows, processes, and procedures.
Knowledge of ServiceNow Service Catalogs
Experience with, and knowledge of, the ITIL framework as well as ITSM
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrates excellence in customer service, teaming, verbal and written communication & presentation skills
Ability to prioritize and multi task
Academic Qualification :
Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications / Certifications :
ITIL Foundation Certification or experience
ServiceNow Training / Certifications
