Responsibilities:
As ITSM Consultant, your goal will be ensuring that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
Resolving tickets raised by employees on IT Support.
Facilitate regular operational process reviews and other working sessions with multiple service providers and key stakeholders as required.
Participate in regular in Cross Functional Services group meetings focused on Continual Service Improvement across all ITSM process areas
Regularly review and update Policy, Process, and Procedure documents and ensure all updates are reviewed, approved, and deployed, to include requisite training of all impacted parties and stakeholders.
Effective Incident/Problem/Change Management
In partnership with IT Service Delivery staff, ensure technical support teams are operating in adherence with all ITSM Policies and Processes, and with associated contractual Service Level Agreements
In partnership with IT Project Management Office, leverage ITSM knowledge to facilitate regular reviews of operational readiness criteria to help ensure stability and supportability of all new or modified services
Periodic reviews with the leadership
Requirements
Expected Experience and Skills:
Knowledge of the ITIL framework as well as high level of IT technical competence.
4-7 years of relevant experience across multiple vendors and technologies
3-4 years of hand on experience with ITSM tools like Zoho Manage Engine, ServiceNow etc.
Experience with Asset Life Cycle Management

Qualifications and Certification:
An academic degree or equivalent qualifications
ITIL Foundation Certification
