Job Summary :
1. Recruiting Process:
a. Work on the recruitment delivery for contract staffing positions from IT clients
b. Define job description and communicate the same in the public domain appropriately as well as with the potential candidates
c. Create a candidate persona for each open position/ mandate
d. Identify prospective candidates using a variety of sourcing channels and appropriate screening process
e. Follow-up references and check credibility of candidates
f. Present shortlisted candidates to the client in a compelling manner
g. Coordinate with the client SPOCs rigorously throughout the recruiting cycle for each mandate
h. Follow a sustainable candidate lead strategy to create back-ups
i. Use the technology tools used at Thoughtwave for managing the candidate lifecycle and updating them on a daily and weekly basis to keep the data up to date.
j. Leverage social media & digital tools to source, engage and manage candidates
k. Ensure employer branding by leveraging the digital medium
2. Growth focus:
a. Follow the processes as defined by Thoughtwave as well as the requirements given by the clients
b. Based on the targets given, make a plan and execute the same to achieve the targets
c. Use data to track performance
d. Leverage technology in carrying out ones work
e. Show a hunger to create a bigger impact, learns best practices proactively, and deploy them as appropriate
3. Clients:
a. Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their context, hiring needs and specific requirements of each mandate
b. Research the industry sector to which the client belongs and the client organisation – its service offerings, clients, competitors, plans and the attractiveness of the employer brand etc.
c. Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on clients needs
d. Build long-term client relationships to keep growing the wallet share in favour of Thoughtwave
4. Subject matter expertise development:
a. Research the market trends around the skillsets hired in the industry – skills in demand, candidate behaviours, talent attraction methods in vogue etc.
b. Sustain a high quality of output on a consistent basis
5. Has relevant experience in recruitment in the IT staffing service line and the IT sector hiring – IT Contract staffing experience will be preferable
6. Excellent understanding of recruitment processes including usage of technology such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Social Recruiting methods, Job portals etc.
7. Deep knowledge of various methods used to select candidates and engage with candidates especially in the IT contract staffing sector
8. Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
9. Solution mindset
10. Skilled communicator – verbal as well as written, good listening skills, persuasive and empathetic in conversations
11. Believes in collaborative working with others in the team and builds rapport with internal stakeholders
12. Starts conversations easily and pays attention to details in the conversations
13. Manages long to-do items effectively within the timelines
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
