Role: Lead Domestic IT Recruiter ( Hiring recruiters )
We are hiring for ” Lead Domestic It Recruiter”

Job Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3-6+ Years.

Shift : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST.

Work from Office.

Duties and Responsibilities: –

• Sourcing, screen & Short listing / matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants
• Screen the applicants thoroughly to ensure a match.
• Arrange Interviews and work till Closure!
• Update Candidate Tracker Sheet, Daily Reports & achieve and keep track of Targets /Keeping records.
• Getting vacancy details from employers
• Interviewing and testing job seekers
• Building relationships with employers and job seekers
• Meeting targets for vacancies filled and people placed

• Having Good Experience Using naukri and Monster.

Soft Skills: –

• High-level communication skills

• Able to work under any Environment
