SIAM Service Manager – IT Security
We are looking for SIAM Security Manager to work in SIAM services delivery for one of TietoEVRY’s Key Global Customer in Manufacturing industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
SIAM Security Manager’s role is responsible for the overall security in the customer organization.
Aim is to have Architectural mindset. Can handle “the technical big picture”.
Responsibilities include but are not necessarily limited to in Security Management
Manage Azure AD, Azure IAM
Good knowledge of enterprise Networking – SDWAN, firewalls, routers, switches
Good knowledge in Windows security policies & tools (defender, EDR etc.)
Configure & manage virtual machines, storage accounts, resource groups
Good knowledge & experience of Information Security policies & procedures
Cyber security & risk services
Can envision the overall architecture (Security, network, Infra, applications areas)
End to End Ownership from Financial management, vendor management, roadmap & customer satisfaction perspective for Specific security service components and services.
Understanding SIAM Framework, and ensuring that all stakeholders (Including Service Providers) understand it and act according to the SIAM framework.
Operations Management – Participates in Incidents, Major Incidents, Service Requests, Problem Management as required related to security services in scope.
Communicates (especially) with Customer’s Category Owner to understand service requirements and aligns service with business needs
Coordinates and leads customer’s suppliers to follow and improve the performance within acceptable costs and contract limitations.
We expect you to have:
10+ years of overall IT industry experience
previous working experience of security, network, /manager role
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
Knows basics from information security or has specific interest in it
Infosec certifications would be ideal; (CISSP, CISA etc…)
Previous experience in working client interface, ability to present and lead work of 3rd party vendors and client stakeholders on Director level.
Ability to work with multi location and multi supplier operations, Excellent leadership skills to lead multi cultured multi location teams.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Ability to think and act in stable manner during emergency situations. Ability to involve people from all the suppliers to get coordination and cooperation all the time.
