What You’ll do:
●Create a Sales Strategy for an IT Services/Design company for short, medium and long term
●Identify sales channels and create SOPs for approaching each channel
●Setup sales processes and use of CRMs and other sales tools for use by the team
●Be the face of the company at Conferences and split the responsibility of attending IT/Software Expos/Conferences with the founders
●Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets and accounts
●Able to identity the right clients and close deals with them. At the same time, ability to identify the incorrect clients or misfit clients so as to avoid forging unpleasant relationships
●Help with building a sales team and train new executives for the sales process
●Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
●Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
●Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
●Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
●Form new strategies for Penetration and/or Diversification
●Create sales and marketing email campaigns
●Work with Digital marketing teams (internal/external) to form a Digital sales strategy
●Guide the sales/BD executives for proposal submission on bidding portals for high quality jobs only
What makes you a great fit:
● Have experience being a Sales executive/Business Development
executive for 7+ years in an IT Services/Design Services Consultancy
Firm.
● Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
● Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and
marketing director
● Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the
organization, including executive and C-level
● Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
● Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and
able to communicate the USP of the company effectively
● Proven ability to position services against competitors
● Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused,
differentiated and achievable solutions
● Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
● Collaborate with BDEs and Business Analysts/Technical leads to
create proposals
● Excellent verbal and written communications skills
● MBA from a reputed institution
Must have skillsets:
Skills : Word processing, Excel skills, CRMs and sales automation tools, email
marketing campaigns
