The General Manager – IT shall be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of the information technology department centrally from Head Office. This position involves managing IT infrastructure, ensuring the security of data, and aligning technology initiatives with the business objectives of the organization. The GM- IT will lead a team of IT professionals, collaborate with other department heads across plants and be responsible for stakeholder management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices and technological advancements.
