We’re hiring an IT Support Analyst to help us transform the end user experience by providing excellent support for employee email, user accounts, printers, and phones. The IT Support Analyst will take ownership of reducing repeat support issues and proactively solving end user concerns to minimize disruption. The right candidate for this position will have a passion for improving the IT environment while building an excellent rapport with all staff.
This is a hybrid position, requiring 2-4 days per week onsite in our Hyderabad office, with flexibility to work from anywhere the rest of the week.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Triage inbound IT support cases, resolving issues or reassigning cases as appropriate
Install, configure, and deploy workstations and peripherals
Provide support to employees worldwide on a variety of hardware and software concerns
Troubleshoot connectivity issues including wireless networking and VPN
Assist with regular hardware and software inventory audits
Document, track, and monitor technical problems and solutions
Requirements & Skills:
Experience installing and supporting Windows 10 and MacOS
Experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 products
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with employees in all departments
Excellent problem solving and listening skills
Education:
Degree in a related discipline OR
2 years prior relevant experience
