Skills:
1. IT Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience in full lifecycle Recruitment.
2. US Recruitment experience is preferred.
3. Proficient with US VISA types, US tax terms like W2, C2C and 1099 is preferred.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Must have worked the night shift before.
Job Description:
1. Responsible for identifying, posting, sourcing and hiring experienced professionals for our client’s requirements across the USA.
2. Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
3. Creative to identify avenues to search candidates and keep an active database ready for client requirements.
4. Identifying the candidate’s knowledge over the skill set required, ensuring availability and willingness to take up the job.
