We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst – SAP Sales Cloud to join our IT Innovation Campus located in Bangalore. The position will focus on the technical development. Besides that, the position will be working in an agile environment, with product owners, technical colleagues and our leadership team. We expect high quality standards with attention to details and the desire to push these standards day by day.

Scope of your role:
Application Support (2nd and 3rd Level) for SAP C/4 HANA Sales Cloud

Technical conception and implementation of business requirements in SAP C/4 HANA Sales Cloud

Review C4C releases to identify and implement system and process improvements

Technical feasibility studies and implementation of Change Requests

Analyze data to determine root cause of errors, problems

Document existing and future implementations

Work closely with analysts across TSS

Participate in feasibility studies (change requests) for system enhancements

Continuous knowledge enhancement with the product portfolio of SAP Hybris

About the Ideal Candidate:
Degree in Information Technology or comparable from a reputed institute

Good knowledge of SAP C/4 HANA Sales Cloud

Skillful in ABSL, UI Script, UI designer in Cloud Applications Studio (SDK) to develop and deploy complex C4C (Cloud for Customer) solutions.

Adobe Forms (ALD for C4C)

Understanding of Integration with SAP S4 as well as Non SAP ERPs

Integration via Mash ups from SDK and Key User Tool

Fine Tuning – Scoping

Experience in ABAP programming.

Strong exposure on SAP Cloud process design, web services and UI’s using HTML5.

Understanding of jQuery and other JavaScript technologies.

Experience working with RESTful APIs (e.g.: OData) and SAP Gateway.

Ability to configure and customize Fiori apps and Launchpad

Hands on experience and command over different tools for Development, Unit testing, Integration and maintenance of applications

Strong oral and written communication skills.
