Tribiz India is hiring for the role of IT Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• ·He/ She will coordinate with telecommunications service providers and / or vendors for acquisition and timely delivery of needed equipment and technical support.
• · He/ She will coordinate with the different accounts / functions within the Company and ensure that all technical requirements are met.
• · He/ She Ensure that all technical implementations are met for call center and business process operations’ demands.
• The candidate will maintain cordial working relations with vendors and / or service providers to expedite the processing, acquisition, and delivery of equipment, software and applications.
• He/ She will calibrate with vendors / service providers related to equipment to ensure smooth and trouble-free operation of Company-wide systems.
• The candidate Must be able to handle Server, Dialer installation and Data Management.

The candidate must have experience in BPO (Preferably International BPO (Outbound Sales)) or domestic.

Age: Not more than 40 yrs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
