Qualifications: Any graduate
Experience: 2+ yrs
Roles & Responsibilities:
Must have experience in Technical IT Service Desk support.
Should have ITIL process flow (ITIL certification will be value addition
Ownership to take issue resolutions within process.
Knowledge any ticketing tools.
Knowledge SLA.
Knowledge MIS and MIS creation.
Report creation from Tools. Must have knowledge in Excel, work, PPT.
Knowledge to understand SOW.
24/7 Support
Intelligent and smart working capability.
Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Employment Mode: Contract to hire (Full time opportunity)
Joining Period: Immediate to max 30 days
