Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Executive. The IT Executive will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support, network administration, and managing IT Operations at our Pune location.

Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.

Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.

Manage, allocate, troubleshoot internet bandwidth.

Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.

Creating user accounts and performing access control.

Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.

Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.

Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures

Qualifications

• Skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Network Administration skills
• Experience in Information Technology and IT Operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
