Installing Network Printers, Anti-Virus & Software’s.
Creating and maintaining support documentation for audit purpose
Inventory Management of all IT assets
Troubleshooting and Configuring Exchange Mails i.e. 0365 package
Knowledge on Network Devices – Switch, Access point, Wi-Fi devices Router Monitoring ITIL
Knowledge on Access control, CCTV & Fire alarm.
Knowledge on of Windows Operating system & other general desktop support issue.
Diagnosing network issues ang Knowledge on Crimping & punching of IO.
Hardware knowledge on replacing laptop or server.
Provide business systems, network and internet support to users by addressing the issues over the phone, remote and in person.
Maintain and troubleshoot network printers.
Create and issue biometric door access cards and monitoring of CCTV cameras
Efficiently co-ordinate with other functional departments for smooth operation
Be pro-active in networking within the areas and zones to learn from each other and replicate best practices.
Exhibit and maintain a good working atmosphere and relationship with the colleagues within and across the department for an improved team environment
