Job Description
Main purpose :
IT cost management and provide support to Regional Leads for IT related
Take responsibility for end to end service delivery for IT
To ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management service
Vendor Management, Contracts & Administration
Take responsibility for end to end coordination
To ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective management.
Commercial Management
Assist Regional Leads with conversion of concept designs to procurement of suppliers and assist with Works/Purchase Orders
Track projects IT unit costs and volumes from initiation to close-out of the project
Ensure project budgets are kept up to date from initial approvals through Change Control and Variation Orders
Assist in monthly preparation of regional project reports and communication to Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors
Collate and maintain monthly Global project update report
Updating and maintain Clarity for regions; incl. storage of documentation, updating of cashflow forecasts.

Audit of IT related documents and procedure to ensure full financial management
Assisting the Regional Leads Project Director on Governance audits
Document Control
Alignment of PropTech project docs with property project documentation [limit]
Assist the PropTech Project Director in alignment and updating of the T&I standards and inputs int the SC-Works document
Cost Intelligence
Assist Strategy lead updating ITO cost calculator with latest benchmarks
Tools: Briefing, scoping, costing, reporting
Process
Ensure full integration with Property process
Qualifications
1-3 years industry experience in programme management positions across all project phases
IT Consultancy experience would be relevant
Banking experience will be preferred.
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Strong coordinator and proven track record of working in similar roles.
