About the opportunity:
Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and sourcing qualified talent for various roles using different niche channels and social media. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.
Responsibilities:
· Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
· Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
· Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants
· Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
· Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role
· Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media
· Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy
Requirements:
· Proven work experience of minimum 3 years in Talent Acquisition or similar role
· Bachelor’s/Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management or similar
· Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
· Adept at all channels of hiring
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
