Description
As a Member of the UKG Enterprise Endpoint Management team you will assist in the research, development, design, architecture, deployment and support of all endpoint technologies within UKG. The team is responsible for the global provisioning of endpoint imaging technologies, supported endpoint software and hardware platforms and the development of future endpoint technologies. We provide expert level technical support both directly to UKG employees and IT support peers, providing the highest degree of customer service and technical expertise.
We install, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise desktop computing platforms while keeping up to date with current and future client technologies to build innovative technical solutions. Our team is responsible for the execution of project level initiatives for next generation endpoint technologies, working closely with the PMO, the rest of IT and the Business to align with priority objectives.
This role also requires a high level of organizational skills, you will be responsible for managing multiple project tasks and prioritizing them accordingly to ensure deliverable commitments are met. This will be through your own efforts and by managing the tasks assigned to other team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline preferred. Equivalent senior level job experience will also be considered.
5 to 9 years of experience in an equivalent enterprise desktop role and experience working as part of a virtual team in a global, fast paced organization with over 10,000 endpoints.
