What you’ll learn & achieve::
We are looking to hire an IT Business Systems Lead with strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Human Resource, Oracle Recruitment cloud ,Oracle Talent Management and Oracle Learning Management modules to join our global IT Enterprise delivery team.
Reporting to the IT Manager in Enterprise Delivery – Business Systems Enablement team, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting and providing end-to-end HR system solutions that addresses business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud HCM application.
Under minimal supervision, leads the strategy and implementation of enterprise wide business systems. Leads complex and large projects to assure goals and objectives are met within an arranged time frame. Defines systems scope based on user needs, a thorough understanding of the business, and industry. Ensures solutions meet or exceeds customer expectations. Leads business process redesign programs and defines which new technologies are needed. Leads meetings to translate high level business requirements into functional specification and manages the specification changes.
Serve as an Oracle Cloud HCM SME for supporting HR business processes and develop strong relationships with the business process owners.
Responsible for system implementation support for HR, Talent acquisition, Talent Management and Learning Management modules of Oracle Cloud HCM.
Primary point of contact to manage the functional requirements for the integrations to Benefits, Payroll and other 3rd party systems and liaise with Technical teams on issue resolution.
Review, analyze & evaluate current business systems and user needs in order to develop, enhance, implement, and maintain fully functional, integrated, and operational business systems within Oracle and related systems, following IT standards and IT Change control processes.
Partner with business teams to design solutions that meet business requirements and develop enhancements to support business process changes and improvements.
Leads meetings to translate high level business requirements into functional specification and manages the specification changes.
Mentors and directs the work of other business systems employees.
Working with business ,technical and Oracle teams should manage the patch cycles, by assessing and mitigating impact of upcoming patches and manage the logging/working on SRs to resolution.
Oversee global testing to ensure no harm to the business due to other business units entering or changing functionality in shared environments.
Develop training material and provide one-on-one and group training as necessary.
Negotiates with business to prioritize requests that support business objectives and drives business assessment of project cost/benefits.
Identifies technology opportunities to help with business issues. Provides input to IT management on technology standards and operations.
Leads change management initiatives, validates recommended changes, and communicates/markets plans. Reviews and provides input on training documentation and develops process to measure success of changes.
Performs other duties as directed.
What makes you a great fit::
Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field preferred or equivalent job-related experiences. Master’s Degree a plus
10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM modules implementation and/or support is preferred.
Having good functional experience and expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud – Human Resources ,Recruitment Cloud ,Talent Management and Learning Management modules.
Hands on experience in configuring and maintaining Security, Approval Workflow Rules, Checklist & Journeys and HCM Experience Design Studio Personalization setups.
Solid business understanding of human resources, talent acquisition, talent management, and learning management processes is required.
Experience in leading IT projects & programs and managing IT teams.
Basic understanding on handling HDL, HSDL, HCM Extract, BIP, Fast Formula , HCM data models and tables is a nice to have.
