Responsibilities:
Design and update job descriptions
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Requirements:
1-3years into IT recruitment.
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role in an IT company
Experience with sourcing techniques
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Sound judgment
Should be proficient with Technical recruitment (especially Web and Mobile App)
Notice Period- immediate to 15 days
