The role of IT Asst. Manager – Procurement will enable the interventions required to drive the digital agenda as well as change management and adoption of digital strategy across buyers. We are looking at an SME role that has deep business understanding of the E2E Procure to Pay process, esp. in the space of PR-IR to Invoicing process both Functional and Technical capability.
Here is how your day at Unilever would look like:
Lead small to medium scale projects / programs initiatives related to IT Solutions.
Lead and direct a group of cross-functional representatives, and subject matter experts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
Creates and documents use cases and business requirements needed to develop business solutions.
Assists with development, deployment, and maintenance of applications.
Defines and coordinates Documentation and Testing Activities.
Help manage various Audit activities ITGC, SOX etc.
Identify different automation opportunities to simplify the business operations/IT activities w/ enablement of RPA/native automation
Set up governance reviews with key stakeholders across each of these functions/platforms.
Driving business adoption of tools deployed and tracking value delivered across geographies and portfolios.
Manage the Demand and Delivery for the different digital capability initiatives.
Manage the various KEC activities for the Platform.
Manage Vendor Partners on Project Deliverables & various SLA associated with program deliverables.
Key Skills & Requirement:
Functional Skills:
Understanding of e2e Supply Chain processes and its impact on the value chain. Deep understanding of Procure to Pay process
Good Understanding in the data & analytics space. Previous experience in building and landing data, reporting and analytics capabilities preferred.
Strong analytical skills capable of assessing complex business requirements from real world scenarios and the ability to translate them into actionable target.
Understanding of Vendor Master Data, Material Master Data, spend i.e. Contracts/PO/GR/IR etc. is preferred.
Technology Skills
Experience and understanding of SAP Ariba, Coupa
Working knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI technology for Automation projects
Knowledge of Azure stack and its relevance in the data lake
Other:
8+ years of relevant experience in managing Enterprise-wide applications.
Experience in managing large-scale global program with multi stakeholder management.
Sound understanding of relevant business processes – and the way it affects the business.
Good understanding of Budget Management
Displays good inter-personal skills at all levels of contact and in a wide variety of situations.
Demonstrates the ability to make, and take responsibility for, sound and far-reaching decisions on major project related issue.
Has the experience and cultural awareness required to work effectively with a global team.
