Main purpose of job:
Project Infinity is aiming to deliver applications that are focused on moving away from local and manual ways of working to integrated and standardized ways of working globally. It will provide a unified platform that will improve transactional as well as global reporting for quality KPIs.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally to partner Quality Global Capability Team and Cluster Quality for the global transformation of Unilever’s Quality Platform. You will own the processes in QualityOne as well as related systems. You will work towards process and tool optimization globally. You will ensure correct capabilities and workflows to deliver business requirements. You will be expected to work in a cross functional space for making sure that new projects work seamlessly with existing/new modules in QualityOne. Your work will include becoming an SME for QualityOne.
Key accountabilities:
Define, lead, and execute Digital Quality Transformation towards strategic service goals
Lead Agile delivery teams through technical implementation of change requests as well as an execution schedule
Collaborate with Global Quality Team to deliver the Quality agenda for rollouts with other landscapes
Collaborate with the Veeva team to ensure process standardization across modules
Along with the Accenture team and the SDM, ensure the standardization of CRs
Work with Cluster Deployment squads on the deployment of applications & solutions in factories with minimal configurations
Experience and qualifications required:
7-9 years of overall work experience
5+ years of Supply Chain IT experience with deep functional knowledge in Manufacturing/Quality
Preferably worked with data and analytics for 2 years
Ability to partner effectively with vendor teams and conceptualize solutions based on requirements Experience in managing a team of vendor partners
Good understanding of the key elements of an enterprise class system; successful track record in building strategies and solutions to meet end-user needs; has demonstrated leadership including successfully managing a product
Understanding of Unilever processes and ability to discuss data architectures with familiarity
Experience working with Agile and DevOps methodology
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management. Proven ability to impact and influence end-users and stakeholders.
Self-motivated: able to handle multiple workstreams, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
