The TPM Manager will be responsible for the delivery, operation and regular upgrade of solutions deployed to the Markets. You will act as the interface between the Business and the technical delivery team to ensure the application meet the digital transformation requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Be the Product Owner for the Global Trade Promotion Management across the Global markets
Architecture and implementation governance
The role will be 80% Digital Focused & 20% Business Focused. This is a highly skilled role that requires in depth understanding of TPM, and how to guide the TPM application to meet business needs
Actively interface with the Architecture team, Business Relationship Manager(s) and the business to understand business requirements and service delivery needs
Be the voice of reason in governance boards and meetings
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and build of all the relevant features of the TPM platform
Work closely with markets in gap to fit exercise and the business process owners to ensure a fit for purpose and fit for future platform
Ensure all necessary functionality is built into the roadmap to ensure country needs are met and managed appropriately
Input into to design and deployment planning (inc, toolkit, roadmap, and budget planning)
Skills and Experience
Ability to drive a large and complex interconnected digital program to execution in a short time frame
Clear understanding of commercial business requirements to deliver a best-in-class TPM platform
Strong stakeholder management and leadership, experience, and skill – from local to global business unit leadership
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented, analytic mindset
7-9 Years of technology implementation experience, preferably within a large company or consulting organization
3-5 years of experience with SAP products with an emphasis on SAP CRM Marketing & TPM experience
Technical domain knowledge including a broad understanding and working knowledge of IT including all major functions
Experience working in application development and delivery functions applying standard software development methodologies and managing medium-sized programs
Strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, organization, and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
CPG experience is a plus
Resilience and problem solving to overcome obstacles and find solutions
