Primary Responsibilities:
Provide custom installations that ensure a silent and seamless experience on workstations via automated deployments
Taking ownership of incidents/requests and make sure issue is resolved before the SLA
Resolve errors when received while running software/applications
Escalate requests if required to L2/SME
Use remote control tool to assist end users when needed
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Provide 1st & 2nd level Tech
Identifies correct knowledge documents and support materials to answer questions and troubleshoot issues
Learns about technology deployments and how they fit within business model/strategy
Explains general navigation to customers; Translates technical terms to non-technical users to help in explaining navigation
Partners with technical teams to resolve issues within defined Service Level Agreement
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
Degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Good communication skills, technical skills and any certification on hardware & software is added advantage (Computer Hardware and Software & Mac OS)
2 – 4 years of experience in IT and End user technology
Experience / working knowledge of Microsoft Office products to assist end – users with technical assistance for hardware and software
Team Player with multitasking and problem-solving skills
Show an interest in learning more advanced aspects of the functional skills
Proven good communication skills, technical skills
Proven flexible to work on shifts as per business need
