Understanding the clients needs and delivering value by creating right solutions for them
Develop and implement multi – channel sourcing strategy to build relevant talent pools
Expertise in Industry Mapping & tracking across functions and segments
Manage all candidates effectively throughout recruitment process
Desired Candidate Profile :
1+ years of experience in recruitment, Hiring for from BFSI / NBFC’s / Financial Services / E-Commerce / Marketing etc (NO Banking / Retail Banking Experience)
Basic understanding / Knowledge into NON IT hiring
Stakeholder Management & has the ability to interact across levels
Self driven with a strong sense of ownership
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to work under pressure
