Profile Summary:
You will be aligned to our IT Procurement operations vertical, focusing on procurement. The profile would include running processes PO creation, amendment in the SAP/any ERP for direct material (RMPM). You will be focusing on PO Creation/Amendment, acknowledgement, PO issues & resolutions etc. You would also be responsible in ensuring the POs are issued on time while considering critical aspects such as quality, quantity, time etc. handling payment queries and coordinating with vendors for Payment is another important work.

Responsibilities:
Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions to order materials, goods, and services.

PO Creation, dispatch, and PO acknowledgement

Co-ordinate with the Stakeholders for any missing inputs

Supplier Co-ordination for PO acknowledgement

Resolution to any Post PO issues such delivery date, PO terms, quantity etc.

PO Amendment basis the confirmation from Category Managers

Tracking and timely updation of requests in tool

Checking Artwork approval from cross functional team as per the requirement for packaging materials

Ensure all the required documents are shared to supplier along with the PO for any Specific product lines if any

Qualification:
3-4 years of expediting of material in direct materials in Chemical/ Pharma/ manufacturing industry

Experience in handling and maintaining Expediting tool/excel

Communication skill – Strong verbal & written communication skills; proficient in English & Hindi / Gujarati

Computer literate with advanced Excel skills/abilities

Working knowledge of local laws & regulations, imports etc.

Supplier site visits for expediting / inspections
