Salary: USD 1,000 – 1,500 / month (Based on experience)

Shift: IST Full Shift (10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for digital products and websites.
• Design visually appealing & brand consistent UI screens for web and apps
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design elements.
• Analyse user behaviour and make data-driven design improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
• Adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities.
• Should spot visual problems in UI implementation and explain them to front-end developers

This Role Requires:

• No undergraduate or graduate degree requirement
• Proven UI experience with a strong design portfolio
• 2+ Years of experience
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to understand written specifications for designs
• Ability to spot visual problems in UI implementation and explain them to front-end developers
• Strong team player with the ability to work well in a group

Key Technical Skills:

UI Design

• Design visually appealing & brand consistent UI screens for web and apps
• Some understanding of UX (will not need to design UX but important to understand it)
• Proficient at Figma

Graphic Design

• Design visually appealing & brand consistent posters, documents, banners etc.
• No need to be able to create illustrations from scratch
• Some experience in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc. (Do not need to know all of them)

Others

• Ability to do simple secretarial tasks in down time
