Job Description

Designation – Product Manager

Reporting To – Head – Product Management

Education – B.E. (CS/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent)

Preferred Experience:
6 to 8 years product management experience in relevant domain/industries

Experience in understanding and contribute to market analysis

Experience in developing and executing product strategies

Expertise in detailing specifications like web page and UI/UX needs

Demonstrated ability to motivate and co-ordinate multi-function teams through the entire product life-cycle

Ability to train sales and execution teams to selling and deliver efficiently

Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers and partners to understand and analyze their requirements

Understand the Industrial processes, specifically manufacturing and manufacturing customer requirements/use-cases, gain and pain points in depth.

Develop end to end solution concept and detailed specifications including information architecture, UI/UX, end to end workflows and data acquisition, ingestion and evaluation

Co-ordinate product development by collaborating closely with engineering, develop user-experience design, prioritize high value features to customers, understand cost of implementation versus the benefit and manage/monitor and own product release cycles.

Train and coordinate with sales teams to maximize selling opportunities

Contribute to generating marketing content for marketing collaterals and co-ordinate tactical marketing activities

Liaison with execution teams to initially train them in delivery and service of products and also monitor the product performance and short-comings and loop these back into product enhancement strategies

Skills Required:
Demonstrated ability to understand and contribute to market intelligence

Knowledgeable in technology and specially in big data and cloud solutions

Exposure to manufacturing industry in India and abroad

Demonstrated ability to coordinate all aspects of product management

Good understanding of Industrial control systems and protocols to interact with assets would be expected
