Job Description:Responsibilities:
§ Receive open positions from Supervisor and/or Client.
§ Understand and look for matching resumes.
§ Format the resumes as per client requirements.
§ Submission of resumes, arrange interviews, obtain feedback.
§ Close the position as per process.
§ Identify needs through understanding of customer account and new contacts;
§ Maintain frequent and personal contact with accounts to build strong relationships;
§ Stay current with IT industry;
§ Internal reporting on account status; and
§ Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
§ 12 months+ years of recruiting experience.
§ Technical Bachelors degree or equivalent;
§ Outstanding interpersonal skills;
§ First rate verbal, written, and presentation skills;
§ Ability to development relationships and handle difficult customers professionally;
§ Adaptable team oriented individual;
§ Ability to use Microsoft suite;
§ Flexibility to adjust to client hours and days
