Role

• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, network, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
• Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements Enable faster and smarter business processes and employee productivity
• Analyze existing IT systems and operational workflows to identify areas for automation and process improvement
• Implement and integrate automation solutions into existing IT infrastructure and operational processes
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
• Serve as the subject matter expert supporting MAC OSX, Windows, and all common office software and applications, such as Microsoft, Adobe and G-Suite products and MDM
• Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, and printers
• Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, boost efficiency and accuracy
• Execute system and network administration, design, documentation, implementation, and testing., ensuring components meet needs and work together seamlessly
• Troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Maintain hardware and software inventory

Responsibilities

• 3 to 6 years’ experience in IT support/operational automation
• Experience with or knowledge of operating systems; current equipment and technologies,enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance-monitoring tools
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure management
• Ability to keep company passwords and information confidential
• Preferred Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or similar relevant field
• Problem solver and attention to details
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Hands on experience with diverse computer systems and networks
• In depth knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• Certification in Information Technology will be an advantage (e.g. ITIL, ITSM, CCNA or CCNP etc)

Qualifications

• Preferred Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or similar relevant field
• Certification in Information Technology will be an advantage (e.g. ITIL, ITSM, CCNA or CCNP etc)
