Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
Experience in SQL Server
Knowledge of Macintosh Operating Systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Superior English literacy and numeracy skills required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel.
Able to perform Tier 1 troubleshooting to manage and resolve support issues.
Self-starter, attention to detail.
Flexible to cover US or European work hours.
Must work well in team environment
