Exp: 3 – 7 yrs
US Recruiters – 50 positions

• W2, MSP, VMS, IT/Engineering requirements.
• Should have handled End-to-end IT Engineering recruitment from Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking and Follow-up till joining & maintaining the reports.
• Analyse requirement according to the specification mentioned by the clients.
• Procuring and screening resumes for the current hiring needs of the various requirements.
• Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the open requirements.
• Evaluating the candidate skills and competencies including communication skills, inter-personal skills, confidence level and presentation.
• Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like, LinkedIn, Job Portals to fill the open requirement.
