Job Description
The MDM – Intune administrator role is a 24/7 rotational shift role.
Position Summary:
The MDM – Intune administrator’s role is to operate and performance-tune Microsoft Endpoint Manager, O365 applications across the organization to ensure high levels service availability. The successful candidate will perform hands-on tasks to troubleshoot, manage and maintain our Intune MDM infrastructure and related tools. Our Intune MDM is utilized across the globe; in this role the successful candidate will provide support to our global users and administer our environment. Additional focus of this position will involve scaling a highly secure mobile infrastructure and support O365 applications.
Major responsibilities:
As an Intune L2 engineer, you are responsible for troubleshooting of iOS, Android, HoloLens devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve related incidents/requests/problems in the ServiceNow ticketing system.
You also convince with your quick comprehension and can contribute to finding solutions through troubleshooting.
Intune/AAD – User Management, Application Creation and Deployment/Assignment and service administration.
Create and maintain related instructions and knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
You identify with your task, are committed, responsible and show team spirit.
Should be willing to work in24/7 environment (Shifts).
Qualifications Required: BE, MSc, MCA, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Experience (Years): Minimum 3+ years related experience.
Technologies required: MDM, MAM, M365, Azure AD, PowerShell Scripting, ITIL.
Experience Requirement:
Hands-on experience on Intune MDM and MAM concepts.
Must have a good knowledge in Mobile functionalities and hardware.
Knowledge on workflow behind MDM and MAM policies is essential.
Working experience on iOS, Android enrolment is required.
Troubleshooting skills on Application installation issue in Mobile Devices.
Ability to develop automated solutions.
In depth expertise in Autopilot, Co-management, Conditional Access, device policies, MAM for IOS and Android, in depth understanding in Azure Active Directory and Office 365, Security (Microsoft Defender ATP, MDAV, Azure RMSLAPS, Bitlocker, Windows Hello for Business, Certificate 802.1X).
Good experience in Microsoft Cloud/Hybrid Cloud Management. Onboarding and configuring and transition to cloud.
Exposure around Integration and Network security.
Understanding of LAN, WAN & voice network environments, routing protocols, various technology architectures including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN.
Extensive hands-on support experience of supporting Windows 10 and the O365 Office suite of programs.
Extensive hands-on support and knowledge of O365, Active directory and basic of Azure active directory will be preferable.
Basic knowledge on Mobile device configuration and app deployment.
Knowledge on Endpoint manager portal is must.
Good knowledge on Device and User based Certificates.
Strong skills in PowerShell and scripting.
Excellent attitude with the ability to integrate with the team to solve problems.
Knowledge on ServiceNow for ITIL tasks will be an added advantage.
Experience with ServiceNow is beneficial.
Excellent communication and team building skills.
Should have the ability to familiarize quickly and independently with new technologies and architectures.
