We are looking for an experienced Overseas IT Recruiter with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and IT recruiting industry. Skilled in negotiation, permanent placement, deferred compensation, executive search, and technical recruiting.
The Overseas IT Recruiter is instrumental to the success of our manpower-driven business. Key requirements will be to aid the day-to-day running of overseas IT recruitment alongside the General Manager.
The Overseas IT Recruiter will focus on building upon trusted relationships with Senior Management, Business Unit managers and HR Managers to ensure the IT recruitment for the business is efficient, effective and timely with the aim of aiding the Senior Recruitment Manager to continually enhance the service offering.
The purpose of the role is to manage the overseas IT recruitment of a capable skilled, and non-skilled workforce to achieve the operational aims.

· Experience in a business with both blue and white-collar employees is a prerequisite
· Fulfilling demands/positions required for different employers, from blue-collar, grey and white-collar workers
· Procuring jobs for foreign worker’s in the IT field.
· Evidence of strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
· Building B2B networks with recruitment agents from the IT sector/field
· Problem-solving and proactive support skills
· Ideally an understanding of Systems, Measures and Automation of processes
· Preferably experienced in managing and delivering change projects
· Analytical skills
