We are Hiring a US-IT Recruiter – Remote Work.

Experience: 1 – 3yrs.

Experienced in interacting with employees at senior positions in order to source profiles of US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, and an Employment Authorization Document for numerous positions. Expertise in using Internet job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, Ladder, Monster, Career Builder, Dice, and Techfetch to identify qualified candidates for our open job positions.

Recruitment Expertise:

• Extensive market research to understand client business needs, and identify the right qualified candidates accordingly.
• Analyze various requirements specified by the business verticals to ensure effective headhunting and design job descriptions for the various requirements.
• Expertise in Sourcing, screening, interviews, and evaluating candidates
• Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
• Excellent customer service skills and Project Management
• Utilizing recruiting resources such as internal company resume database, Internet database repositories, and postings.
• Manage, Maintain & Update an excellent database to have a track of consultants.
• Used innovative ways to source candidates that include Internet searches, database, searching, active referral generation, advertising, and sourcing.

Employment: Full-time, Permanent.

Candidate Must Have Own Laptop & Internet Connection at Home.

Education: Any Graduate

Remuneration: Up to 4lac.
