Responsibilities and Duties:
Source, screen, compile and shortlist qualified candidates for various technical roles.
Creating hiring strategies, understanding the needs/requirements, and tailoring the approach accordingly.
Writing and posting technical job descriptions on job portals, social media, and other relevant channels.
Arranging telephonic, video, or in-person interviews.
Maintaining contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their application.
Up-to-date with new technological trends.
Qualifications:

Proven work experience in IT recruitment profile.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (Ex google meet, zoom etc)
Technical expertise with an ability to understand job requirements for IT roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network.
