What is Netbackup?
Veritas Netbackup can be deployed on all major platforms (UNIX and Windows) and is also bundled with our Appliance hardware. It can simultaneously backup/restore thousands of clients over a network (LAN/WAN/SAN) and is optimized for any workload, whether physical or virtual and writes data to target storage devices like tapes, disks, appliances and cloud.
Job Description:
Your primary role is to support Veritas customers over phone, email and interactive WEBEX session for issues related to Netbackup product. This role will involve working and communicating with administrators at the customer’s end who manage their network, OS, Applications and Databases.
Job Responsibilities and Required skills:

3+ years’ experience providing 2nd /3rd level support in an enterprise class product company. OR
