What you’ll be doing…

Driving the VBG investment to support GTS delivery through directionally managing Transformation, BAU, Products, and VzConnect portfolios projects ‘intake’ demand vs GTS capacity to deliver within the yearly capital allocation.

Partnering with Business on readiness and change management to enable in year revenue and EBITDA target.

Monitoring VBG GTS portfolios project financial health through accurate and consistent governance and reporting.

Driving capital planning and funding allocation across all projects in the business portfolio.

Working with multiple stakeholders like Initiative owners, Enterprise Architects, Lead development directors, Program managers for Project intake readiness and sign off

Aligning (review & approval) on CRs with Business & LDD to qualify impact to capital plan.

Driving proactive management of change of apps request on add/remove VAST IDs: Clarity, BC tool & ANAPLAN with audit trail

Aligning for Capital Plan tracking & coordination with delivery team on best view /outlook of allocation: ANAPLAN, SOW, T&M, FTE and HW/SW.

Supporting delivery teams on IRA initial access rights and time charging queries.

Acting as a single point of contact for escalation & coordination on portfolio budget. SOW Intake BC mapping validation and modelling.

Partnering & aligning on governance with Business on: capital planning, prioritization, sequencing & process improvements.

Preparing reports on INV/BC actuals over/under spent to assist LDD on cost management.

Where you’ll be working…

In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for…

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Experience in Project/Portfolio Management

Experience in Agile methodologies.

Experience in Automation process and reporting structures.

Experience in Gsuite / Gscript / Reporting dashboards like data studio.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Master’s degree.

Scrum Master/PMP Certified.

Telecom Domain knowledge.
