Responsibilities:
Design & execution of Sales & Marketing strategies for establishing a top position for the IT Solutions & consultations
Create, execute & manage online promotion campaigns and strategies
Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance
Establishing a strong relationship with senior management & key stakeholders of existing customers & prospects
Ensuring close insights into competition
Ensure effective management of all steps in the sales cycle including qualification, demos, proposals, securing required contract paperwork, and coordinating with the operations team to drive ongoing success and adoption
Ensure quarterly and annual delivery of individual and team performance objectives
Collaborate with the product team & suggest a future enhancement in the product to create a competitive edge
Foster partnerships, & build network
Establish Sales Channels to expand reach in the market
Stay current with industry trends, priorities, via participation in industry conferences and other networking events
Providing management dashboard for sales performance / lead time of each step of sales cycle/success failure analysis / Learning for improvement
Budgeting for sales and marketing with a detailed business plan reflecting potential ROI
Leadership & Team Work:
Drive the Vision / Mission/Purpose of the organization and set oneself as the role model
Build a highly agile and high performing sales organization
Create and Foster trust, demonstrate courage.
Ensure very high motivation and excitement in the team
Competencies / Qualifications/ Experience:
Core Competencies:
Proven ability to sell Enterprise Software/Process Automation solutions to Large Corporates Including Listed Companies.
Proven Track record in Map and Network with Key Decision Makers at Large Corporations.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent Negotiation Skills
Previous experience at least as head of sales & marketing
Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the customer organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Proven ability to position products against competitors
Proven ability to hire, recruit, train, and manage sales & marketing resources
Technical Competencies:
Excellent Communication skills
Great Presentation skills
Extensive user experience of CRM tool for creating visibility of the sales & marketing process and individual performance
Skills to generate MIS from CRM tool for performance improvement in each stage of sales and marketing campaigns
Strong sales leadership with experience of managing dynamic and high performing sales team
Ability to develop relationships at all levels of customer organization.
Strong negotiation and convincing skills for managing customers
