Responsibilities:
· 0 to 5 years of experience in recruitments.
· Handling end-to-end recruitment.
· Understand the Client Requirements.
· Sourcing the Candidates through Job Portal and also through Reference and Network.
· Searching resumes through internal databases, references and external entities like Boolean searches, Mass Mailing through job boards, Job Posting, LinkedIn searches.
· Sourcing and screening profiles as per the requirement.
· Coordinating the interview Drives.
· Sourcing the Quality and Suitable candidates from the target Companies with the help of Resources Provided.
