Business Analyst – (CREQ109895)Description
Understand customers business model and key business drivers including revenue and cost levers
Understand, interpret and assimilate current state processes and procedures, their variations, nuances, their outcomes and key performance metrics
Identify gaps, improvement opportunities using financial and operational analysis and develop an optimized future state experience and design.
Use of Industry benchmarking, customer, business surveys, industry best practices and other process and IT frameworks for assessment and diagnosis of current state
Ability to bring in outside in view for process assessment and diagnosis on all key dimensions including technology, people and risk, governance
Ability to visualize and create the future state process design incorporating process changes, enhancements, technological enhancements, automation, revised org structure and governance, control mechanism
Arrive at recommendations to improve systems, technology, people and governance, risk dimensions of business process backed by qualitative and quantitative analysis and financial models
Define process KPIs ,metrics and risk mitigation processes to ensure established goals are met and process improvements are sustained
Prioritization of recommendations and related initiatives in line with business priorities, underlying cost and organization readiness along with an implementation roadmap to achieve desired outcomes
Cost benefit analysis to showcase ROI of process transformation in terms of both strategic and operational benefits Ability to consolidate business requirements and convert them to IT functional specifications
