As Agile Coach for the Colleague Experience & Technology organization, you will build, lead and guide teams that help support our ongoing embrace of the agile mindset while also ensuring that VMware colleagues have a delightful experience. You will:
Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing
Begin by getting to know your team members and how we enable VMware’s top objectives today. Learn about VMware IT product groups, their priorities, objectives, and key results. Join an in-flight project as Agile Coach to meet the team where they’re at and provide coaching to help them evolve together. Recommend relevant objectives and key results to use in measuring success for our agile evolution. Build an Agile Coach manual to capture insights and encourage re-use of successful experiments.

The hiring manager is Julia Gregson, Senior Manager in Colleague Experience and Technology. Her expertise in inclusive, human-centered change and leadership has been built over 20 years in technology, from the front lines in desktop and servers, application development and project management to enterprise architecture, support and service management, mergers and acquisitions, global marketing and communications, and leading services operations. She enjoys skiing, writing, photography, learning about other cultures, and using data to tell stories that enable sound decisions. Julia is also a Gallup Strengths coach who loves helping people achieve their career goals.
