Experience on IP Based EPABX, VOIP, SIP.
Troubleshoot issues in Telephone cabling
Have a working knowledge of Basic network concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, and IP telephony).
Perform device back-up and database archiving processes to ensure data recoverability.
Accountable for all voice and data wiring and cabling for the entire network, including remote sites.
Requirements
Good knowledge of data, voice, and video network hardware and systems
Troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
Able to function independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
